In stock items ship in 2-3 business days. Made to Order items can take 1-2 weeks.  A tracking number will be emailed to you.


If your item breaks or disassembles under normal use, please contact or call 1-800-876-9452 so we can repair or replace your item.  Describe exactly what the problem is, how it occurred, when you purchased the item, and include photos if possible.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You must email or call 1-800-876-9452 to receive a return authorization and instructions.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items cannot be refunded.  However regular priced items bought during a sales event or with a special code do qualify for the normal return/refund policy.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at within 15 days of delivery.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the gifted item wasn't shipped to you, we can only refund the person who placed the order and received the shipment.
